ABIL increased its headline earnings by 16% to R937million.
Sales of new loans grew 11%, driven by volume growth of 13%,
whilst loan sizes fell by 1%.
Ellerines generated headline earnings of R190 million.
The first half of the 2009 financial year has yielded steady progress in respect of ABIL's long-term strategic objective.
